That one sentence changed how I deal with overthinking.
Because the truth is, overthinking doesn’t move us forward.
It just delays action. 🛑
And before we know it, we’re spiraling down another rabbit hole. 🕳

Nothing fancy — just dumping my thoughts onto paper and writing out my next steps (even the small ones). 📝
